I am a Darklight PhD student at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Brera (Merate). My research is focused on the search for improved techniques to extract and analyse cosmological information from redshift-space distortions (RSD), using two-point clustering statistics in configuration space.
Currently I am trying to combine a novel two-point statistic, the “truncated multipole moments” of the two-point correlation function, with the relatively new approach of using the group-galaxy cross correlation function in order to measure and model the RSD signal from large spectroscopic galaxy redshift surveys.
